BPCA Servicing members are automatically added to the TrustMark register. There is no need to sign up.

New members will be added to the register shortly after they are welcomed into BPCA membership.

TrustMark Registration is included with your membership, so you'll never be charged anything extra for joining the scheme.

What is TrustMark – Government-Endorsed Quality?

TrustMark is the UK Government-endorsed quality scheme encompassing many trades that work in and around homes. 

There are around 15,000 TrustMark registered businesses. Plumbers, electricians, landscape gardeners, carpet cleaners and now pest professionals can join the scheme through a scheme provider. BPCA is the only scheme provider for pest management companies.

TrustMark was started in 2005 and is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to raise standards and help homeowners choose a trusted tradesperson.

What are the benefits of being part of TrustMark? 

TrustMark registration is included as part of BPCA Servicing Membership, so you won't be charged for accessing these benefits. 

As a BPCA Servicing member, you'll get access to the TrustMark benefits. These include:

  • Displaying the TrustMark logo on your letterheads, marketing material, website, and vehicles will provide additional assurance to potential customers that you are a quality business
  • Appear on the TrustMark website and app on their 'Find a Business' online directory
  • Access the TrustMark Business portal, where you can customise your company profile
  • Exclusive discounts for TrustMark Registered Businesses with AA, easyToolhire, Fuel Card Services and more.

Joining the scheme 

BPCA is the only registered scheme provider for pest management businesses, and currently, the only way for a pest management business to be accredited on the scheme is through BPCA Servicing membership.

BPCA Servicing members are automatically added to the scheme. TrustMark will contact you directly with your welcome pack and instructions for how to access your TrustMark portal.

By joining BPCA as a Servicing member, you'll automatically be enrolled in the TrustMark scheme. 

BPCA assesses 100% of our Servicing members, meaning there are no additional barriers to entry beyond becoming a member.
