• £79 for members
• £99 for non-members.

The price includes a drinks reception, five drink stamps, a food passport (four portions from ‘street food’ style vendors), and live entertainment. Try to get all of that for £79 elsewhere in London!

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• An invoice will be issued on receipt of booking with an acknowledgement email, with 30-day payment term from the date on the invoice.
• All bookings must be paid for prior to the event, if payment hasn’t been made prior to the event you will lose your right to attend
• Cancellations must be made in writing and sent recorded delivery to the address below before 2 January 2019. Any cancellation made on or after 2 January 2019 will incur 100% of the above contracted cost.
• Any company leaving BPCA Membership between booking their tickets and the date of the event will be surcharged for the difference between member and non-member rates.
• Names for each of your guests will need to be provided in writing by Friday 1 March 2019, tickets will then be issued 2 weeks prior to the event. Where multiple tickets have been purchased it will be the responsibility of the main contact named above to distribute these tickets prior to the event. 
• Dietary requirements will need to be advised in writing no later than 3 weeks prior to the event.
