Job Title: Administrator – Pest Control
Job Type: Part-time – 30 hours per week; Permanent

We are looking for that special someone to join us part time and support the Area Service Controllers and Pest Control Management to assist with the effective administration of the Pest Control Department.
Candidates will be dealing with a range of queries and telephone work will feature heavily in the day-to-day workload.
If you have enthusiasm, initiative, integrity and high attention to detail, then this is a fantastic opportunity to gain real exposure to the business, and upon successful completion of the probation period, training and development opportunities will become available. We would also actively support specific industry type training such as 1st aid, or Business Administration L2 & L3 for those wanting to develop.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
Daily reports and monthly KPIs as specified
Payroll documentation – management of overtime, agency and casual hours and ordering
Making and receiving telephone calls, requesting/chasing up staffing issues and enquiries
Management of absence documentation and holiday requests
Record, maintain and manage the workwear stock as appropriate
Undertake general administration tasks, and carry out any other work as requested by the Service Desk Supervisor or Department Management
Maintain and develop procedures and systems to ensure the maintenance of manual and electronic filing systems
Stationary management
Assist with routing of technicians and act as holiday/absence cover for Service Controllers
Logging of jobs into and maintenance of CAFM system
Checking and organising technician’s paperwork
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Proven administration experience
IT literate with experience of planning software
Strong customer focus – Outstanding customer service skills
Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills
Can remain calm under pressure, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
An understanding of Health and Safety regulations
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Good level of education
Flexible approach to working hours
You will be based at our Vicon House Office on the western side of Bury St Edmunds and will be welcomed by our energetic and motivated team, providing operational support to the immediate and wider business. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 15:00 (30 hours per week), however flexibility to meet the needs of the business is essential
