PESTEX, LONDON
TECHNICAL THEATRE
DAY 1, WEDNESDAY 13 MARCH 2024
10.30 - 11.15

Presented by: Sharon Hughes, BASF

An area of knowledge essential for an effective rodent control programme, independent of the products used, is an understanding of expected rodent behaviour, for example neophobic behaviour.

Rats are exploratory creatures, however at the same time rats are naturally neophobic.

Mice are naturally inquisitive but in some locations, particularly in city centres, mice can also exhibit neophobic behaviour.

How do we recognise unexpected behaviour and then adapt the rodent control programme to accommodate this behaviour?

This Seminar is held at PestEx: the pest management show and is completely free to attend. Register now: pestex.org/register
