We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual with proven supervisory or management ability to come and help drive our business through its next phase of consolidation and the next stage of growth.

Tasked with heading up our Service delivery, you will have direct responsibility for managing our team of technicians, office support staff, and be a key contributor in the development of our overall customer experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example and promoting the quality of service we strive to achieve
- Providing guidance, support and leadership across all areas of our service delivery
- Proactively organising workloads for technicians, and assistance in route planning and logistics
- Technical advice and problem solving where required
- Performance management and identifying areas for improvement
- Management of key accounts and investigating customer complaints
- Quality Assurance - ensuring high standards are being maintained across all areas
- Health & Safety - including the exemplary completion and oversight of health and safety risk assessments, in support of our SafeContractor and CHAS accreditation

About you
We’d love to hear about you and what you think you could bring to the position. Whilst ideally we’re looking for someone with a technical pest control and management background, we also think that an experienced Pest Control Supervisor could step up to the role.
Similar backgrounds which may bring additional skills to the role may include; experience in managing a Drainage team, Cleaning manager, Hygiene services manager, Technical Manager, Operations Manager, or even a Health and Safety manager.
It’s fair to say though that you will need to be a self starter and possess a confident attitude when communicating with others.
Your prerequisite skills are likely to include:
- Proven experience as a Pest Control Supervisor or Manager for at least two years
- Proven experience of managing the workload of a service based team
- Technically very competent in all aspects of pest management
- Proven experience in health and safety risk assessments and RAMS, Safecontractor/CHAS and other SSIP schemes
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Sound understanding of I.T software including Excel, Word and CRM systems
- Commercially aware, recognising opportunities to cross sell products in an ethical manner and understanding that time is money
- Logistically aware with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
