Terms and conditions

*You will get £550 credit towards your membership fees which equates to 100% off one year of category 1 BPCA membership based on 2024 membership fees.

**Subject to availability - online classroom course

  • This is a one-time offer; once accessed, you cannot apply to join the programme again if you do not complete it
  • The training programme must be completed within 12 months
  • You must commit to meeting membership criteria and joining BPCA upon completing the training programme. If you fail to join membership after completing the training, you will be invoiced for the balance of the full standard non-member cost of the programme
  • You must not have been a member of BPCA previously or participated on our Probationary Scheme
  • Examination resits will be charged at our standard non-member rate (see website for details)
  • You must make reasonable efforts to accept dates for in-person training courses and examinations on dates and at venues available within the 12-month training programme period.
  • This offer cannot be used in addition to any other offers made by BPCA
  • Route 1 candidates must book an examination date with the BPCA training department upon completing their Level 2 in Pest Management online learning training. Route candidates will take their examination immediately following the completion of the residential training
  • Online payment is required in full when booking for both Routes 1 and 2
  • If different optional units are required for multiple bookings, a separate booking form must be completed for each
  • Upon payment, login and course access details will be sent directly to individuals, copying in the main contact, if different.

Booking and cancellation policy

Cancellations will only be accepted on receipt of written instruction and are effective from the date received by BPCA. Charges will be applied as per the conditions:

General Pest Control Course All other programmes
More than six weeks before course start date = no charge except £100+vat deposit and online learning fee if taken early More than 15 working days = no charge
Less than six weeks before course start date = 100% of fee 15 working days or less = 100% of fee

BPCA reserves the right to cancel a course if insufficient bookings. Candidates will be offered an alternative date or refund of the course fee. BPCA will not be liable for any other costs incurred.
