I find the BPCA Registered CPD scheme to be an extremely useful learning resource both for people new to the industry and also those who have years of experience. There are such a wide variety of topics presented in many different formats that the learning is always fresh and engaging.

My personal favourites are the webinars as I always find some really handy nuggets of information and they act as a great refresher. The site really helped me find my feet in the industry and allowed me to learn at my own pace.

I know my colleagues are also passionate about CPD and frequently use the BPCA Registered site. This ensures that as a company we have our finger on the pulse of any industry changes and can pass on our learning to clients on a day to day basis.

I like being able to register my own CPD points through the website and app. I can reflect on the personal development task I am recording, which drives home what I've learnt from that particular experience. The system for logging your CPD points is easily managed and reviewed to ensure the points I'm logging are fair and correct.  The structure of the questions in the CPD register area are simple and broken down to appropriate sections, making it easy to document what you have done, what you have learnt, how this experience will benefit you, and ultimately justify the value of the points you have logged. It also opens your eyes to the limitless opportunities there are register CPD points on this scheme.
