Established in 1998 in rural Sussex as a sole trader Balcombe Pest Control has organically grown to become one of the leading independent pest control companies in the Southeast. Still working with the same small friendly organisation values we started with. We take pride in our ability to look after residential, commercial and industrial premises from the smallest to the largest within the Southeast.

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person, qualified in Level 2 Pest Management, ideally based in Hampshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, or South London, to join our friendly team on a full-time basis.

Do you have a can-do attitude?

Are you reliable, self-motivated, organised, enthusiastic and have an eye for detail and an enquiring mind?

You will need to: 

Hold a full clean UK driving licence.

Be qualified to BPCA/RSPH Level 2 Pest Management.

Be able to take a reactive and proactive approach to your work using your own initiative.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills to be able to build relationships with prospective and regular clients.

Be able to work Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00, with a flexibility to meet the needs of the business. 

We offer:

Salary from £31,000 with paid overtime and commission available.

Pension after a 3-month probationary period

21 days annual leave and paid bank holidays.

All the equipment necessary to carry out your work, this will include a fully expensed company vehicle, smart phone, and uniform.
