Requirements are:

  • An experienced leader with a track record of building successful sales teams
  • An Individual responsible for Leading and motivating teams of Sales Representatives
  • A capable individual to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue
  • A problem-solver who thinks outside the box and is passionate about growth and development
  • A tech-savvy professional who's comfortable analysing business data to guide decisions.

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (sales team leadership preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and reports
  • Experience in coaching, sales training, and performance development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards.

Location:

Ideally based in the East Midlands, to travel up and down the country.
