Description:
As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for managing the business operations in your area and creating a positive environment for staff to exceed clients’ expectations and achieve financial targets. Working with the Service Desk Manager you’ll allocate works with the resources available to achieve targeted RPM.You will be fee earning at least 80% of the time which allows for 1 day a week non fee earning for management. You will be supported by the service desk which will assist with planning and administration.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Complete your own schedule of works whilst supporting staff in the area.
Provide technical support to the NBC People in the Region.
Be first point of contact for the NBC People in your Region for their welfare and well-being as well as personal and career development.
Co-ordinate and supervise sub-contractors and service delivery.
Carry out annual appraisals of staff.
Manage Health and Safety of staff, customers, contractors and members of the public within your region.
Work in partnership with regional surveyor to maximise branch revenue and profit.
Attend Operations meeting and present your region’s performance to the Operations management team.
Customer Service and portfolio management.
Representing the brand values in all that you do.
Working Hours:
Generally Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700 with a 1-hour break, days may vary with some weekend or out of hours work required.
TOIL hours may be available.
Holiday:
28 days (includes public/bank Holidays)
Salary:
£28,000 Basic + Bonus + overtime available
