- Making a Difference as a Pest Control Supervisor in Environmental Health.

- Possessing excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have supervisory responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Council’s Pest Control team. The post is also operational and requires you to carry out appropriate treatments to deal with a range of pests, as well as, servicing Commercial Contracts. 

Job Requirements:

- Experience in Pest Control work is essential, and you will need to hold at least a Level 2 Certificate in Pest Management.

- It is also considered desirable to have a solid understanding of relevant Health and Safety legislation including the principles of risk assessment.

- The successful applicant will need to hold a valid UK Driving Licence and be willing to work outside normal hours if required.
