PPMS are looking to recruit a Pest Control Technician to join our busy team. We are a nationwide Company servicing a wide variety of commercial, industrial and domestic clients.
Experience is essential and candidates must hold RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management.
If you have the suitable experience and qualifications then PPMS will invest in your professional development to ensure your are able to personally develop your skills.
Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a broad technical background in Pest Management and an understanding of first-rate customer service. They must also be able to demonstrate previous experience working in a field-based Pest Technician role.
With a base in Lincoln we provide nationwide coverage so we ask applicants to hold a full driving licence and be flexible. Although primary hours of work are Monday to Friday, these will include some early mornings and regular overnight stays. Candidates will also be expected to undertake weekend cover on a rota basis.
PPMS will provide you with a fully expensed company vehicle, uniform, PPE, all electronic equipment necessary to the role and an expense account for your overnight stays.
The role is full time with overtime paid outside of your core hours. Your starting salary will reflect your experience in the field, you will also have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commission on lead generation and sales.
Flexibility in the role is key. Our fundamental aim is providing pro-active pest management solutions however, we have to ensure we are reactive in situations where our Clients require our support. In short we cannot guarantee you a 9 – 5 job. If you have the willingness and commitment to thrive in a rewarding industry then you are the right candidate for us.
Other duties will include occasional job works, which may require you working at height and other functions required to ensure our Clients’ needs are fully supported. Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check.
