Due to continued expansion of our business, we are looking for highly motivated and driven pest control technicians to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Carry out technician routine inspections, emergency call out visits and job work to large food manufacturing sites and small retail sites. Problem solving abilities is a must for this position.

- As part of a small team, you will be required to cover other areas during staff holidays and sickness.

- Good time management and planning of the workload is essential. Flexible work ethics will be required.

- Some weekend and out of hours work (remunerated as overtime or time in lieu) will be required to carry out inspections on food processing plants during their downtimes.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Some experience in the food industry will be an advantage. Training and continuous professional development will be offered.

- RSPH/BPCA qualifications. Any food safety, health and safety training will be an advantage.

- Good report writing and communication skills are a prerequisite.

- Full clean driving licence.

- You will be provided with all of the equipment necessary to carry out your work. This will include a vehicle, mobile phone.

There will be a 3-month probationary period. After successful completion of the probation, you will be invited to join other productivity based incentive schemes.
