Description

The successful candidate will work with our Pest Control Team delivering a quality service to our commercial client base across Oxfordshire, Worcestershire, Berkshire, Northamptonshire and occasionally in London. We are looking for self-motivated, customer focussed and career driven technicians who are looking to make a difference.

Working initially one-to-one with our Divisional Manager, you will support the visits they make to our client properties, learning the individual requirements of each site.

A high level of Customer Service and Pest Control expertise are required to deliver the leading pest control service that we offer. To support this, a full range of training will be provided to enable the successful candidate to complete routine monitoring visits and support our routine preventative service by performing treatment programs where necessary.

As a small but growing pest control company, we are able to offer career progression as the business grows and we would support new team members in taking their career in a number of directions to support this growth including account management, technical development, managerial positions etc.

Initially, regular duties in the role will include:

• Pest Control monitoring visits
• Pest Proofing duties where required
• Cleaning pest residue
• Waste management
• Stores maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £32000np.a basic

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Clean(ish) UK Driving licence held for at least 5 years.

Education:

• Level 2 RSPH required
• Membership of a CPD program with evidence of ongoing training

Shift availability:

• Day shift (required)
• Night shift – occasional (preferred)
