During this session Paul will draw on his 20+ years of experience in urban pest management to explore some of the aspects of mental health which pest professionals may come into contact with in their roles, such as delusional parasitosis. 

The session will be thought provoking and will aim to allow participants to reflect on their own experiences, and to begin to develop some strategies to manage future experiences with the overall objective of making everyone’s life a little bit better.

Paul Westgate is managing director of Veritas Pest Consultancy, a business which supports, through training and independent field biologist inspections, organisations which wish to develop their professional pest management.
