This course will benefit any team leader, supervisor or manager responsible for leading and motivating others, in particular, newly-appointed team leaders or longer serving managers who have not received formal training. This is geared towards prospective, new and seasoned managers who seek to learn best practices related to general management duties.

After this four-day course, you can identify a managers learning programme which is most beneficial to you.

Upon completion of this course, you will receive a BPCA certificate of completion.

Classroom programme

This is a four-day, classroom-based course.

9.00 am for coffee, 9.30 am start, 4.30 pm finish.

There is no assessment for this course.

Upon completion of this course, you will receive a BPCA certificate of completion. Should you wish to take the Level 3 in Management, you can prepare a portfolio. Please be aware, portfolios may take months to complete.
