Looking for a practical, outdoor role with real career progression? We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Pest & Bird Control Technician to join our growing team.

No previous pest control experience is required. We'll provide full training, ongoing mentoring and support you in achieving your RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management, giving you a recognised industry qualification and a clear pathway to becoming a fully qualified technician.

What you'll be doing

With full training and support, you'll learn to:

• Deliver professional pest and bird control services across a variety of customer sites
• Carry out inspections and identify signs of pest activity
• Assist with treatment plans and bird deterrent installations
• Monitor sites and accurately record and report your findings
• Provide a friendly and professional service to customers
• Develop the skills and confidence to work independently across your region
• Attend regular team meetings, training sessions and development days.

No two days will be the same. You'll work across a mixture of residential, commercial and industrial sites, gaining valuable experience across different environments and pest control challenges. We don't just offer you a job, we'll help you build a career.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
