Atalian Servest’s Pest team is recruiting an Area Supervisor covering the South West area to manage and support the area technicians with regards to their training, as well as carry out preventative pest control visits to both domestic and commercial clients.

Atalian Servest’s Pest team is recruiting an Area Supervisor covering the South West area (mainly between Swindon, Cheltenham and Oxford); to manage and support the area technicians with regards to their training, as well as carry out preventative pest control visits to both domestic and commercial clients, as well as responding to reactive call-outs on customer premises.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Training of area technicians, ensuring Pest Control Technicians fully understand company policies and procedures
  • Carry out preventative pest control visits to a wide spectrum of both domestic and commercial clients
  • Responding to reactive call outs to customers’ premises
  • Completion of associated paperwork with visits
  • Managing and planning your own diary so that visits are completed within agreed time scales, - meeting service level agreements

Suitable candidates will demonstrate the following skills, experience and behaviours:

  • Previous experience working within a supervisory role
  • You must hold BPCA accreditation to a minimum of level 2
  • Full UK driving licence – the role does involve business travel
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on call rota and to work overtime when and where required
  • A high degree of flexibility in working hours and types of jobs undertaken
  • Have Excellent attention to detail and technically competent
  • You will be an excellent communicator, skilled at prioritising your workload and working autonomously
  • You will have a robust and confident personality; as well as being highly motivated and quick to react

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 17:00pm, however flexibility to meet the needs of the business is essential.

The role includes a competitive salary with additional company benefits including; a fully expensed company vehicle, PPE equipment, company uniform & mobile phone. We also offer commission on sales generated from leads you may supply to our Sales Team. In addition, you will receive off-site support from your designated Service Controller/Coordinator.
