About Us

We are a growing pest prevention company, known for delivering effective and sustainable pest solutions. While we continue to offer a pest prevention service, we are expanding our heat treatment operation for bed bugs and looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to help drive this growth.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and results driven Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving customer problems and closing deals, with a strong focus on promoting our heat treatment solutions. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and helping customers find the best pest solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our heat treatment service alongside standard pest prevention
• Compile quotes and photographic survey reports using our bespoke software
• Generate new leads and business opportunities through self-initiative and networking
• Responsible to plan own day to maximise selling time
• Conduct site visits and consultations across Central or Greater London
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored pest control solutions
• Close deals effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within pest control or a related field.  Preferably RSPH 2 but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Comfortable working on foot across central London or greater London, depending on location
• Knowledge of heat treatments is a plus (training provided if required).
