Developed in collaboration with Sentario UK Limited, the Smart Missile is the world’s first carbon-neutral, AI-powered termite station designed to stop "silent destroyers" before they breach a structure.

Originally invented by Exterminators in 2009 as South Asia’s first locally manufactured termite station, the Smart Missile achieved a world-first carbon-neutral certification in 2015.

The new generation integrates cutting-edge technology to shift the industry from reactive treatment to proactive prevention; furthermore, the Smart Missile is manufactured using recycled plastic waste.

Next-Generation Features:

  • AI-Driven Detection: Utilises real-time data to identify termite activity and potential threats before they reach the property
  • IoT Connectivity: A dedicated mobile app provides instant updates and tracking for property managers and homeowners in addition to the customer web portal
  • Eco-Conscious Design: Minimises chemical usage, ensuring the protection of non-target species and the surrounding ecosystem
  • Precision Auditing: QR-enabled tracking ensures 100% audit accuracy, eliminating manual reporting errors.

"With the Smart Missile 3G, we are moving beyond traditional termite management into a new era of technologically driven preventive termite management," said Marlon Ferreira, Managing Director of Exterminators PLC.

"By combining our 17 years of product innovation with AI and digital auditing, we are providing a transparent, eco-friendly shield for properties that was previously impossible. We aren’t just treating termites; we are outsmarting them."

Ferreira further stated that AI is not just a buzzword in business headlines, newspapers, or magazines; Ai is business.

Compliance and Global Standards

By integrating the AI-powered ‘Report Factory,’ Exterminators PLC now generates automated, point-based risk assessments compliant with TACCP 2000.

This follows the "five-force model" of preventive termite management, ensuring the highest level of security for high-risk environments.

Exterminators PLC holds a prestigious portfolio of certifications, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 22000. The company has been recognised with 71 national and international awards.
