To become a BPCA member, companies must meet strict criteria showing their professionalism and standards, which includes following the BPCA Codes of Best Practice.

Dee Ward-Thompson, BPCA Technical Manager, says:

“We strive to continually improve the standards within the pest management industry through the professionalism of our members.

“We review our Codes regularly and work with the BPCA Servicing Committee, to give you clear instruction and information on what you must do, as pest professionals, to carry out your work safely and effectively, operating within the law and BPCA criteria.

“All Codes of Best Practice have recently been reviewed, updated and given a facelift, so if you haven’t had a re-read of the Code recently, we recommend you take a look.”

The documents are all publicly available, allowing customers to see the standards BPCA members work to.
