Philip retires on 24 April 2026, marking the end of a long career with Killgerm, where he has been a central part of the company since before it became an independent private company in 1976.

Over the years, Philip has supported Killgerm’s growth into a successful multinational business with operations across the world.

He has been involved in many important areas of the business, including the development of quality management systems used across several Killgerm operations internationally. Philip has also played a leading role in supporting health and safety for UK colleagues.

Rupert Broome, Group Managing Director of Killgerm Group, said:

I am sincerely grateful for all of the help which Philip has given to me over the years. I consider myself very privileged to have been able to work alongside Philip.

BPCA would like to wish Philip a very happy retirement and thank him for his many years of service to the pest management sector.
