Ficam W withdrawal dates announced

Following the recent announcement that Ficam W is to be removed from the market, Bayer have announced they now have working timescales for the UK, in terms of sell-out and usage periods.

  • 8 June 2020: sales of Ficam W will cease and the six month use-up period will commence
  • 10 December 2020: this is the last date for storage, disposal, and use of Ficam W.

Back in December, BPCA member Bayer announced that Ficam W is to be removed from the market, following a vote from the EU Biocide commission.
