BPCA member PelGar International is celebrating a milestone as Emmanuel Mahdavi and Nic Blaszkowicz each mark 20 years with the company.
Over the past two decades, both have supported PelGar’s growth and development, helping to strengthen customer relationships, expand international opportunities and support the business.
As Regional Business Manager for Africa, France and the Middle East, Emmanuel has helped drive PelGar’s international expansion. Working across different markets and cultures, he has helped build long-lasting partnerships with distributors and customers throughout his territories.
Emmanuel helped establish PelGar France, the company’s first subsidiary outside the UK. This marked a milestone in PelGar’s international development and provided a platform for further growth across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Throughout his career with PelGar, Emmanuel has continued to identify opportunities, strengthen commercial relationships and support customers across these markets.
Nic’s career has taken him across several areas of the business, building experience in sales, marketing, commercial operations and sourcing.
Today, as UK and Ireland Business Manager and Head of Sourcing, Nic is responsible for commercial performance across the UK and Ireland while also leading sourcing activities across the wider business. As a member of PelGar’s Senior Leadership Team, he helps shape the company’s strategic direction.
Nic’s understanding of the business, combined with his commercial expertise and focus on customers, has helped him contribute across a variety of functions. His ability to adapt to new challenges and take on different responsibilities has been a feature of his two decades with PelGar.
While their careers have taken different directions, Emmanuel and Nic share a commitment to PelGar, its customers and its continued success. Both have contributed to many of the developments that have shaped the business over the last 20 years.
