Pest Reports Pro to showcase digital pest control software at PestEx 2026

PRESS RELEASE

Pest Reports Pro will be exhibiting at PestEx on Stand 71, where visitors can see the latest updates to its digital pest control software, including the launch of its new customer-facing portal.

Built specifically for UK pest control businesses, Pest Reports Pro helps replace paper-based processes with digital tools that make reporting, scheduling and customer management more streamlined and consistent.

At PestEx, the team will be demonstrating how recent updates support pest controllers in reducing admin, improving accuracy and presenting a more professional experience to their customers.

The customer-facing portal, launching in March, allows pest control businesses to offer their customers a dedicated online space branded to their own business.

Through the portal, customers can securely access their report history, scheduled appointments, site maps and invoices in one place, without needing to search through emails or paper records.

This helps improve transparency, reduce follow-up queries and give customers easier access to the information they need.

Alongside the customer portal, Pest Reports Pro will be showcasing its core digital reporting features.

These include mobile-friendly visit reports that can be completed on-site, with images, digital signatures and automatically populated customer details.

Reports are designed to be clear, professional and easy to share with customers immediately after a visit.

Visitors to the stand will also be able to see Pest Reports Pro’s digital site maps in action.

Site maps allow pest controllers to upload layouts or plans, add inspection points, traps or bait boxes, and store them securely within the customer record.

These maps can be accessed during visits and shared with customers as part of their reporting, helping to improve clarity and record-keeping.

The platform also includes appointment management tools designed to give businesses better visibility across their schedule.

Appointments can be booked and viewed centrally, helping teams understand what’s coming up and what’s been completed, while ensuring customer details and visit history are always on hand.

This is particularly useful for businesses managing multiple technicians or recurring visits.

In addition, Pest Reports Pro supports invoicing linked directly to customer records, helping businesses keep reporting, appointments and billing connected in one system.

User permissions allow access to be tailored for technicians and office staff, supporting consistent workflows across the business.

Designed to work seamlessly on mobile devices, Pest Reports Pro is practical for technicians working in the field while also giving office teams clear oversight of customers, appointments and completed reports.

With UK-based support and ongoing development informed by real pest control workflows, the platform continues to evolve in response to industry needs.
