BPCA is delivering specialist pest control training via its new online classroom.

Unlike webinars, virtual online classrooms mix a live speaker with interactions from learning on a far smaller scale. Strictly limited to 15 learners, you'll be able to ask questions, take polls and talk to other learners.

As in a classroom environment, you'll be encouraged to engage in discussions, share experiences and ask questions.

Forgotten inverts: managing less common insect pests - online classroom

Looking to build on your existing knowledge of some of the more uncommonly encountered invertebrates?

forgotteninvertstrainingcourse

Pest controllers are tasked with controlling a wide range of invertebrate pests, many of which are commonly dealt with.

Wasps, fleas, flies and bedbugs all have their own approach, and training for these pest species is readily available. But what about the rest; the invertebrates that pest controllers only occasionally deal with?

The trainer will give you the knowledge needed to be confident in devising and implementing successful pest management plans for these less commonly encountered invertebrate pests.

The course will cover (but is not limited to): Woodlice, Myriapods, Spiders, Ants, Booklice, Crickets, Earwigs, Mites, Textile beetles, Textile moths and Silverfish.
