Less than a year after setting up Reaper Bird Control Ltd, brothers Carl and Craig Hoult are joining BPCA for a Meet the Member webinar to talk about building a specialist bird management business from scratch.

In this session, we’ll hear how the Hoult brothers made the jump from established technical roles into running their own family business, why they chose to specialise in bird management, and what it takes to grow a company built on honesty, care, communication and safety.
Carl and Craig will also share their experiences of supporting the wider sector through BPCA Committees, including the Professional Standards Committee, Technical Committee and BirdWise special interest group.
Expect practical insight, a bit of brotherly banter and a look at what it really takes to build a bird management business with strong values and high standards at its core.
