Depending on the application and location required, we can manoeuvre a UAV into difficult access areas and give live feedback to the ground station with a live feed. We’ll also capture the imagery for later analysis. Find out what it takes to be a flying pest professional and revolutionise your surveys.

OUTDOOR DEMONSTRATION AREA
10.00-10.45
Presented by: Clark Smith-Stanley, Photographer and Aviator, Profile Studios
A commercial photographer for over 30 years working in a variety of industries from marketing to surveying, providing a skill set to understand the requirements to produce quality photographic and video imagery for our clients.
As an aviator, Clark has been flying for over 20 years, which has combined both the knowledge and understanding of aviation with photography.
Recently with the evolution of the Drone Industry, it was a natural progression to move into this sector and with the experience from both aviation and photography gives us the edge on aerial photography and survey work. We operate a number of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for a variety of requirements, enabling us to provide the required data for inspections, process and provide client-ready data, depending on what formats are required.
There are a lot of UAVs available and many are small ‘over the shelf’ kind of drones that are designed as ‘Plug and Play’. These have built-in cameras which are ideal for quick and simple home movies but do not offer high res data. We operate a Heavy Lift Drone which is designed to carry High-Resolution cameras giving the best data available
Depending on the application and location required, we can manoeuvre the UAV into difficult access areas and give live feedback to the ground station with a live feed and also capture the imagery for later analysis. Using a drone will eliminate the need for expensive access equipment and the health and safety implications of manned inspectors at height or dangerous areas, saving time and money.
This Seminar is held at PPC Live and is completely free to attend.
