Environ property services (company leader in service and maintenance), due to company expansion, has an exciting opportunity for a pest control service manager.

The duties include:

Management:
- Managing and monitoring on the field team so they adhere to strict schedules and procedures;
- Managing the office team so they provide a high level of customer service to ensure sales expectation is met for business growth;
- Possessing a motivating management style that fosters collaboration and innovation amongst all staff;
- Giving commitment to finding smart solutions to problems for both colleagues and clients and is comfortable devising and delivering training sessions.

Operations requirements:
- Checking dairy weeks ahead of time in order to ensure that the daily operations run smoothly;
- Ensuring service schedules are met;
- Time management and service delivery.

Customer focused goals:
- Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Working closely with management to ensure that the image of the company and high standards are always maintained

The person: You?

We seek reliable and thorough individuals with outstanding leadership and supervisory skills, including confidence in making and implementing tough decisions.

Our pest control service manager must also have:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive and friendly attitude towards colleagues and clients;
- Previous demonstration of exceptional customer experience;
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentation skills;
- Excellent competency in management, problem-solving and change management;
- Excellent organisation and time management skills;
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment;
- Excellent technical knowledge of the procedures of administering pest control services;
- Attention to detail and constant willingness to learn, support and grow with the business;
- Confidence with providing training to others.

Additional requirements for the role:

- A full driving license is mandatory;
- As a minimum you must hold BPCA/RSPH level 2 certificate in pest management and undergo a basic DBS check (formally CRB)

Work hours: 8:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday
