TEMPORARY WASP CONTROL & PEST TECHNICIANS

Company Location:              Head Office Slough

Available Territories:           Home Counties, Bedfordshire, Surrey, West Sussex

Hours:            Monday to Friday 0800-1700, 37.5 hour week

Duration: This role is Temporary, during the wasp season, but could lead to a permanent role for the right person.  Additional pest control skill sets would be advantageous and be considered for further company advancement.

Main Duties: 

• To visit residents' homes and carry out domestic pest treatments following company systems, procedures and best practice. 
• To provide customers with a quality and efficient service that is appropriate to their needs

Job Requirements

• To be able to understand and respond to residents in a polite, friendly manner
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of personal and professional integrity.
• Be capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and be comfortable using email, navigation aids, and hand-held PDA
• Good basic education and ability to maintain written and electronic records
• Able to work indoors, outdoors and wear appropriate uniform clothing
• Adequate physical fitness to perform duties
• Reliable, self-motivated, well organised and able to work with minimal supervision
• Valid, full, UK driving licence essential.

Qualifications:  MinimumBPCA/RSPH Level 2 Certificate in Pest Management.   Will also consider applicants with higher qualifications at Field Biologist level or sales experience, if they meet minimum criteria, for potentially accelerated promotion.
