As part of NBC’s growth we are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager for our South Coast and South West region. Job role:

The role of the Contracts Manager is twofold; focusing on Account management you will be responsible for the delivery of works assigned to you, working with the operations team and the client during a project to ensure operations deliver within budget and to agreed specifications.

When focusing on Business Development, you will network and develop meaningful long term relationships with potential clients that will create opportunities for you to convert into business leads. You will work with the Service Desk and Team Leaders to ensure the most efficient process to deliver this. You will pro-actively manage the business’s operations at a branch level and create a positive environment for your colleagues, so that they are motivated to deliver the highest standards in Customer Service.

This is an extremely varied role and some of the traits we require to achieve the above are:

  • Ideally some operational experience within the industry

Preferred Skills:

  • Expert knowledge and experience at delivering Services that NBC offers.
  • BPCA Level 2 (it will be a requirement of the role to gain this qualification with the first 12 months of employment)
  • Falconry
  • Account Management and Planning
  • Good literacy skills
  • Excel, word, PowerPoint
  • Full driving licence, preferably clean
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work away from home in other areas should the business need arise.

Location:

NBC Environment is a national company and this role will cover the South Coast and South West region of England.
