Role overview

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Pest Control Sales Surveyor to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting detailed pest control surveys, providing expert advice, and securing new business across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

You’ll act as the bridge between technical insight and customer needs—crafting bespoke pest control solutions that drive real value for our clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site pest control surveys to assess risks, identify pest activity, and determine treatment requirements
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to clients based on survey findings
• Secure new business through a consultative sales approach, highlighting our value-driven services and sustainable solutions
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery of agreed services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Maintain accurate records of site surveys, proposals, and customer interactions using CRM systems
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and best practices to continuously add value to the sales process.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in pest control and/or technical field sales (2+ years preferred)
• RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach
• Ability to write clear and professional reports and proposals
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organised
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
