Pest Control Technician - Shield Pest Management

Location: Yorkshire and the North of England

Job Overview

Due to expansion we are looking for a full time, motivated, qualified technician to work with our dedicated team throughout Yorkshire and the North of England. Flexible working hours are necessary to fulfil our clients needs. This role will involve traveling and possibly occasional overnight stays.

Description

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience. With a sales lead commission scheme.

Work will include carrying out call outs, routines, follow ups and proofing works across our customer base in Retail and Food Industries.

We will supply a company vehicle and Fuel Card, mobile phone and uniform

Ongoing training is provided.

Minimum/Essential requirements:

  • RSPH/BPCA Level 2 award in Pest Management.  Ideally with experience of working on Audited sites.
  • Minimum of 12 months hands on experience in the field is desirable covering commercial sites.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full,UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
  • Be able to work alone and use your initiative
  • Preferable experience of working at heights.
  • The ability to use an electronic reporting system.
  • Ability to manage and organise your own workload and stock.
  • Flexibility to commit to overtime.
