Description

We are looking to recruit Pest Control Supervisor to join our team who is friendly, reliable, self-motivated, hard-working, with a can-do attitude. The role is demanding physically so candidates must be prepared for hands on work, the ideal person must be able to work on their own initiative and be prepared for early starts.
The Role
Managing a team of 5 technicians working across the South East the role will include training and development of technicians, monitoring quality and compliance, working with the planning team to ensure efficiency in booking work, and liaising with customers.

Hours of work: 40 hours a week, overtime and being on standby is required as and when needed.
Work base: This role covers the south east, the Regional Office is in Dartford, Kent and regular visits to the office will be needed, a company vehicle will be provided.
Pay and Benefits: We pay a competitive basic salary as well as a performance related bonus. We also have a range of benefits which includes life insurance, sick pay, personal accident insurance, pension, employee assistance programme.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (depending on experience, licensing etc.)
Requirements
• RSPH Level 2 license
• Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points
• Enhanced DBS check
