London Network for Pest Solutions is a unique and innovative pest control company operating in and around the London area. Due to continued growth and rapid expansion we require an Area Sales Manager to report into our Business Development Manager. You will join our top class team of staff, working predominantly in the East London area, selling Pest Solutions to our existing customers, developing new business and relationships and helping to further grow our portfolio. London Network for Pest Solutions is owned by The London Borough of Newham but operates as a wholly independent company, all staff are employed directly by the company and not the council. This exciting new set up will enable us to further expand into the commercial and B2B area.

Who are we looking for? – An experienced and highly motivated person with a proven track record in sales, trained to a minimum of BPCA/RSH Level 2 in Pest Management and with a full UK driving licence.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to show and prove enthusiasm and drive for dealing with customers and their pest issues.

·        The ability to carry out a technical survey and write a professional report

·        Strong communication skills

·        Good IT skills

·        Are self-motivated and hardworking

·        The ability to cold call and convert enquiries into sales
