We specialise in all forms of pest and bird control work, from domestic and small businesses up to multi nationals and are at a stage where we are restructuring the business to ensure we are efficient in our operations as new business comes in.
We are seeking pest control operatives to join our teams within a friendly environment, where management are very hands on and supportive, who are looking for a fresh new challenge, who are self-motivated, customer driven and who wish to become involved in some quite unique pest control contracts.
FIELD BASED – PEST CONTROL OPERATIVES
We are looking for candidates in the following areas, who have experience with all forms of pest control and who hold at least RSPH Level 2 NVQ in pest control. Any other qualifications would be an advantage but not essential as further training will be provided, but DBS certification will be required to attend sensitive sites, of which the company covers these costs.
- Midlands to include Leicestershire / Northamptonshire / Warwickshire / Staffordshire / Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire / Buckinghamshire / Oxfordshire
- North East to include Northumberland / Durham
- Central Scotland around Glasgow / Edinburgh
You will be provided with work in your own area, looking after a key number of customers there and expected to travel to suit the needs of the business, which may involve overnight stays occasionally.
Duties will include day to day pest management, servicing and maintaining pest monitoring equipment, treatments against pest activity, with preventative measures expected in all instances. A head for heights is preferred as the candidate will assist our bird control teams on occasions, with netting installations, cleans on high structures
A full driving license is essential, preferably clean
OFFICE BASED – PROJECT COORDINATOR
We are looking for an office based person who may, or may not, have pest control experience, but ideally someone who has controlled a service environment previously. Our Head Office is in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, so any applicant has to consider this in their decision to apply.
The role involves daily planning and organising of our contracted calls throughout the UK, liasing with customers, technicians, colleagues and reporting to the Directors. This will also involve managing several online portals, so good computer skills are essential
These are full time roles, with a competitive basic salary which will be assessed based on experience and qualifications, with overtime and commissions available as well as an excellent Pension Scheme. Company vehicle, phone, laptop, etc is provided for field based operatives and you will receive 32 days annual holidays which includes Bank Holidays and the Christmas period.
