Description
Pest Control Technician – Full Time (37.5 hours)
Location: Bath, Swindon, Wiltshire and Bristol. Immediate Start Available

We’re looking for a Pest Control Technician who wants to grow, work independently, and be part of a team that values professionalism, trust and doing the right thing.
Salary Packages Available
Package A – Commissioned (Experienced Technician)
- £31,000–£33,500 base salary
- 5% commission on all monthly revenue above £5,500
- Typical annual earnings: £38,000–£42,000 pa
- Benefits: Company van, fuel card, 35 days annual leave (includes additional days in place of bank holidays), overtime available.
Package B – Non‑Commission Option
- £35,000–£37,500 base salary (based on experience and qualification level)
- Benefits: Company van, fuel card, 35 days annual leave, overtime available.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend domestic and commercial pest control jobs across our coverage areas
- Carry out treatments, surveys and risk assessments
- Complete accurate job notes, reports and customer updates
- Work independently and manage your daily workload with pride
- Maintain safe working practices, PPE and ladder use
- Follow all company procedures and industry legislation
- Communicate clearly and honestly with customers and the team
- Work comfortably and safely from height when required
- Represent Pestforce with professionalism, care and passion.
Requirements
- RSPH Level 2 qualification (or working towards)
- Motivated, reliable and keen to progress
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working from height
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to pass DBS vetting
- Confident working independently
- Willing to take optional overtime when available.
