Due to the nature of the business weekends & evenings based on an overtime bonus scheme and up selling is encouraged.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* RSPH level 2 or 3 award in pest control
* Excellent communication skills
* Good standard of written and spoken English.
* Full clean driver’s licence – valid for driving in the UK.
* Ability to work on your own initiative.
* A flexible work ethic.
* A willingness to learn and complete CPD Points yearly
* Ability to undertake minor proofing works.
* Willingness to travel Oxfordshire & home counties
* Well-presented and friendly.
* Positive attitude and can manage workload and be able to communicate to clients on own initiative.
* Managing own schedule
* Hours will be based on standard 48 hour week plus over time opportunities when required depending on the final agreement with the employer , this will include working evenings / weekends at peak periods and rotating rota.
