Job Overview

St George's Pest Control require a Pest Control Technician to work within the North Essex area to carry out preventative pest control and pest management services to commercial and domestic customers.

Duties:

Carry out routine inspections and preventative pest control visits to a diverse range of customers. Respond to emergency and reactive call outs, complete reports and relevant paperwork and provide recommendations/proofing advice where necessary. Provide bird proofing and installation works. 

Manage and organise your own diary/workload. Undertake regular training to keep up with new skills and legislation. Prepared to work a weekend rota.

Qualifications:

RSPH/BPCA in pest management preferred however training will be provided for suitable candidate.

Full clean driving licence. Enhanced DBS check provided.

Good communication skills both written and verbal. Have a methodical approach to your work with attention to detail.

Ability to prioritise your workload and display flexibility in working hours and jobs undertaken. 

Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.

Would prefer successful candidate to be living within the area to be serviced (Braintree, Colchester, Maldon, Witham).
