Environ Pest Control provide quality property services to both the residential and commercial sector in London. The position will require a well presented conscientious candidate to work alongside our dynamic workforce.

Environ are currently looking for a weekend coordinator to join our dynamic team on a part time basis.

Main Duties:

• Organising pipeline/workflow
• Chasing Estimates, following up on leads an callbacks.
• Coordinating jobs in the Pest Control Department (raising jobs onto the company's system, seeing jobs through, chasing reports, editing reports).
• Managing the diary of the Pest Control technicians.
• Allocating routine inspections
• Liaising with potential and existing clients.
• Making sure that technicians have the materials, keys, etc.
• Arranging access.
• Dealing with issues that arise on the job (reported by technicians or clients), chasing updates.
• Dealing with queries and complaints.

Knowledge of London’s postcodes is preferred but can be learned on the job.

Training will be provided on our in-house booking system.

Work hours:
Saturdays 8 am to 5 pm
Sundays 10 am 4 pm
With the possibility of extra hours on evenings and weekdays.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00 to £26,000.00 /year
