Description

The successful candidate will be qualified to RSPH 2 level in Pest Control with 3 years’ plus experience in Pest Control servicing. Ongoing training and CPD will be provided to enable you to reach and maintain the required high standards in the industry.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills required to interact with customers on a one-to-one basis in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties
• Inspect premises to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods
• Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
• Seal off entry points and implement preventive measures to minimize future pest problems
• Provide recommendations to customers on how to prevent pest infestations
• Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and customer interactions
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Stay updated on industry trends, new treatment methods, and safety protocols.

Experience:

• Previous experience in pest control
• Knowledge of common pests, their habits, and effective treatment methods
• Familiarity with pesticide application techniques and safety procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Criteria:

• Full UK Driving License with no points
• Be in good health and fitness
• A professional and a strong work ethic
• Live within a 25 mile radius of Belfast
• Enjoy being part of a team and be able to operate on an individual basis when required
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Confidence in working at heights.

Benefits:

• (Potential OTE £36,000) Comission and bonus unlimited
• Basic salary – £29,000 - £32,000. Dependent on candidate qualifications and experience
