Command Pest Control is growing, and we're looking for a motivated and reliable Pest Control Service Technician to join our team, covering Chelmsford and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for an experienced pest control professional who enjoys working independently, building strong customer relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing your own service area and daily schedule, carrying out inspections and treatments across a range of customer sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out pest inspections and treatments
• Managing your own daily schedule and service area
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Providing preventative advice and recommendations
• Completing accurate service reports
• Delivering excellent customer service on every visit
• Working independently while being supported by an experienced team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within the pest control industry
• A full UK driving licence holder
• Positive, reliable and willing to learn
• Confident communicating with customers
• Organised, self-motivated and able to manage their own workload
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Practical and hands-on in their approach.

• Salary from £27,000 per annum
