The Role
The Service Manager at Competitive Pest Services oversees all service aspects of both residential and commercial clients. The Service Manager is responsible for retaining clients and ensuring Technicians provide our exceptional service every time.
The Service Manager motivates the Technician team with a positive attitude and disciplines fairly when necessary. The Service Manager is committed to finding smart solutions to problems for both colleagues and clients and is comfortable devising and delivering training sessions. They should also be competent in all Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint and be a confident email communicator.
The Service Manager will work closely with Service Supervisors and technicians by monitoring that quality service is achieved. The Service Manager is a highly skilled natural leader, possessing a motivating management style that fosters collaboration and innovation amongst all staff.

Experience, education and qualifications required:
- Qualified to Level 2 Award in Pest Management equivalent or above
- Current International Driver’s Permit
- 2 year’s experience managing a team of 5 or more preferred
