Job description

Service Technician – London – Footman– £25-30k dependant on experience, £40,000 O.T.E.

London – Salary: £25-£30k plus commission and overtime 

Albany Environmental Services has been providing General Pest Control Services across all sectors for over 20 years. We are now looking for an experienced and motivated professional to service a varied London portfolio of high end clients.

The successful candidate will be joining a motivated, innovative yet friendly team, and will receive full support and ongoing personal development. This person will enjoy delivering the very highest level of customer service and is not interested in cutting corners. They will be knowledgeable, organised and motivated by delivering a quality service in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Description:

• Carry out inspections and treatments to both commercial and domestic premises for a wide range of pests.
• Manage call out work around a framework of scheduled contract service visits
• Actively seek and process new leads to sales team
• Meet KPI’s for quality and performance
• Complete detailed service reports for work completed and identify ongoing recommendations
• Report regularly with customer management team(s)

Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years pest control field experience
• Be qualified to BPCA or RSPH level 2 or Level 3 in pest control
• Will have a broad knowledge of pest control and an enthusiasm to apply practically
• Competent written & verbal communication Skills

Working hours

• Core hours of Monday – Friday 08:00 hrs – 17:00 hrs
• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
