Terminix UK Ltd are currently looking to recruit customer facing Trainee Pest Control Technicians across the Midlands. We provide an excellent training programme for inexperienced candidates who have the right attitude and work ethic. This programme will enable you to progress and further your career with us and help you achieve your true potential.

You’ll be at the sharp end of our service for commercial, residential and government properties where you'll be visiting our customers across your area to make inspections and carry out treatments, as well as promoting additional work if the opportunity arises.

Main duties

· Inspect customer premises and provide written reports on levels of pest infestation to determine the most effective solution to eradicate the pests

· Organise and undertake a programme of treatments using pesticides to control pests

· Record all visits to customers via our smartphone app

· Any other “ad hoc” duties as required by the needs of the business

Essential criteria

· Full Clean Drivers Licence

· Good communication skills written and verbal

· Live within a 20 mile radius of the area advertised

· The ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.

· To be methodical and systematic in your approach to work.

· Have excellent attention to detail
