The event runs for three full days, promising to be a world class technical event with ample time to network and catch up with colleagues.

Already delegates have registered from over 25 different countries, promising a truly international conference.

For those not already registered, now is the time to do so. Full details are available at ICUP 2025 registration

The registration fee includes the welcome reception on Sunday evening which includes light food and drinks.

From Monday to Wednesday, lunches, coffee and tea breaks and fruit are included, as is the conference banquet on Tuesday evening.

In addition, a digital copy of the conference proceedings which contains all the presented papers and posters will be available to delegates on arrival.

The 2025 ICUP Organising Committee has been working hard behind the scenes to finalise the exciting and varied programme.

This includes plenary sessions, a wide choice of parallel sessions, a poster session and workshops where delegates can share and discuss ideas.

The full programme can be viewed on the ICUP website at ICUP 2025 programme

Located in southern Sweden, Lund is easy to reach. Delegates can fly to Copenhagen and then take the train to Lund.

A train leaves every 15-20 minutes with the journey taking approximately 40 minutes.

Once in Lund, there is a good range of hotels within walking distance of the conference venue.

More travel details are available on the ICUP website.

Dr Jette Knudsen, chairman of the ICUP Organising Committee said: “The whole committee would like to extend a very warm welcome to all delegates, especially those attending an ICUP event for the first time, and of course, to all our regular attendees.

"We wish all of you a smooth journey to Lund, and we are looking forward to meeting you very soon!”
