14th Fumigants and Pheromones Conference announced

Registration is now open for the 14th Fumigants and Pheromones Conference, taking place next May in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.

14th Fumigants and Pheromones Conference

Insects Limited and Fumigation Service & Supply will be hosting the biennial conference at Elephant Hills Resort from 12-14 May 2020.

Started in 1993 in Lubeck, Germany, the Fumigants & Pheromones Conference began in order for like-minded companies to get together under a common cause: 'Sharing Through Education'.

Since the first conference there have been biennial meetings in Bologna, Valencia, Copenhagen, Thessaloniki, Adelaide, Indianapolis, York, Monterrey, and Bremen.

Victoria Falls offers a backdrop of one of the "7 Natural Wonders of the World", a great location for the first Fumigants and Pheromones conference to take place in Africa.

This educational conference will offer new information and technologies regarding ways to protect stored products, with some of the world's premier specialists scheduled to speak.

Dave Mueller, Conference Organiser, stated: "Much like our 12th Fumigants and Pheromones Conference in Adelaide, Australia, this stored product protection conference in Victoria Falls will reach an all new group of delegates.

"In Adelaide over 60% of the attendees were from Australia and most had never attended a Fumigants and Pheromones Conference before.

"That is why we decided to have this conference in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, to reach a new group of people. After 27 years, this is our first time to offer this educational program in the giant continent of Africa."

For more information and conference registration visit the Insects Limited website.

Early registration ends 1 April 2020.
