The annual Powerlist celebrates influential women working in trade associations and membership bodies. It is a collaboration between the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and the Trade Association Forum (TAF).

The 2026 list was selected from more than 200 nominations, with a panel comprising representatives from the three organisations to choose the final 100 women recognised for their leadership and impact across the sector.

Rosina joined the British Pest Control Association as Chief Executive in June 2025. With more than two decades of experience in lobbying and government relations, she has spent much of her career representing membership organisations and advocating for small businesses.

Since taking on the role at BPCA, Rosina has focused on strengthening the Association’s voice in Westminster and highlighting the essential role that professional pest management plays in protecting public health, food security and the environment.

Commenting on the recognition, Rosina said:

“It’s an honour to be included alongside so many impressive women working across the trade association sector.

Trade associations play a vital role in bringing industries together, raising standards and making sure the expertise of professionals is heard by decision-makers. I’m particularly proud to represent the pest management sector, which quietly protects public health, businesses and communities every day.

The Women in Trade Associations Powerlist will be formally launched ahead of International Women’s Day, with a reception later this month celebrating the women included in the list.

BPCA President Chris Cagienard said the recognition highlights the importance of diverse leadership within the industry.

Rosina has already brought huge energy and fresh perspective to BPCA. Her experience in public affairs and campaigning is helping the Association move from reacting to challenges to proactively shaping the future of pest management.

BPCA continues to champion professionalism and innovation within the sector, representing hundreds of pest management companies across the UK.

Rosina’s recognition in the Powerlist underscores the Association's growing influence and its work to ensure that the expertise of pest professionals is heard by policymakers and the wider public.
