BPCA has released a letter template for pest management companies to help explain the importance of continuing ongoing site protection during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The letter includes the pros and cons of suspending proactive (routine) pest control during lockdown and a breakdown of the callouts the client has already had.
The letter template is available in the BPCA Member Documents Area (login required) and can be fully customised for your business.

The letter template was inspired by one shared with us by Charlie Hancock, Managing Director of Vermtek.
