Free local training days at BPCA’s revamped Training Forums

CPD EVENTS AND TRAINING

BPCA is inviting the whole industry to our refreshed in-person Training Forums for 2026, giving pest professionals more chances to learn, debate and get hands-on with practical skills across the UK.

The new format puts even more emphasis on face-to-face learning. Expect full-day events, stronger technical content, interactive workshops, live debate sessions and plenty of time to speak directly with BPCA staff, volunteers, manufacturers and fellow technicians.

Both members and non-members are invited to these FREE training days, which include breakfast, lunch and up to 7.5 CPD points.

Local events with real value

Lauren Day, BPCA Events Manager, said:

“We’ve taken a good look at what people told us they value most about Forums and pushed that even further.

“The refreshed Training Forums are practical, interactive and very much shaped by the people in the room. They’re about learning things you can take straight back to site.”

Rosina Robson, BPCA Chief Executive, added:

“In-person Training Forums are one of the most important ways we stay connected to our members and the wider industry.

“I’ll be attending lots of them, and I’m looking to speak with all of you about the issues and challenges you’re facing on the front lines.”

Why attend an in-person Training Forum?

Training Forums are designed for pest professionals at every stage of their career. Whether you’re running a business, working on the tools, surveying sites or supporting operations, you’ll find something useful.

By attending, you can:

  • Stay up to date with regulations, best practice and industry developments
  • Take part in practical workshops and live debate
  • Ask BPCA’s technical team questions in person
  • Network with professionals and suppliers from your area
  • Earn CPD while you learn.

Just as importantly, Forums give BPCA direct feedback from the people doing the job day in, day out. Suggestions for future topics, speakers and locations are actively encouraged.

Lauren added:

“These Forums only work if people get involved. Ask questions, challenge ideas, tell us what you want more of. That’s how we keep improving them.”
